Are you wondering if you qualify for Ontario Student Assistance Program or OSAP?
Nipissing University is hosting an OSAP Information session for students, parents and supporters Wednesday night from 7:00pm–8:00pm in the Vittorio Fedeli Business Centre.
If you or are heading to university or college and are worried about money, have heard about free tuition but want to know more, or have questions about how changes to OSAP might impact you and your family, this event is for you.
This presentation is open to everyone, no matter what school they are planning to attend for post-secondary studies. Representatives from Canadore College will also be there to answer any college-specific questions.
The information night will:
- Explain how OSAP works
- Walk participants through some of the sections of the OSAP Application process
- Explain how much funding a student might receive, when it will be paid, and how it will be paid
- Highlight appeal and review options for special considerations.
The OSAP Information Session is free of charge and everyone is welcome.
