With the warmer weather here and the water open near shore, the North Bay Scuba Club will be jumping into the water to tidy up at the waterfront marina this Sunday morning, beginning at 10:00am.
Each year for the last 17 years, members of the North Bay Scuba Club have removed numerous wheelbarrows full of garbage, and have fished items such as lawn chairs, barbecues and bicycles out of Lake Nipissing. As well, club members have salvaged propellers and tools from the water and returned them to their owners.
