The North Bay Trappers are leaving the city after this season. Team owner and president David Beauchamp says the city told him it no longer has room for the NOJHL team. Beauchamp says the entire organization is shocked by the city’s decision. The Trappers are now looking for a new home. Beauchamp expects the team to relocate to Mattawa, Little Current or New Liskeard in time for next season.
