Several residents in the Galt Street area made calls to the North Bay Police Service late Tuesday evening to report a suspicious male they had observed in backyards. As a result of the investigation, a 23-year-old Sundridge man has been charged with: One count of Trespass by Night Two counts of Breach of Recognizance One count of Breach of Probation Police say officers attended the Galt Street area and as a result of a search, located the accused hiding in a backyard of a residence. The accused was arrested and subsequently charged with the offences. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse. North Bay Police remind the public that crime detection and prevention involves all of us working together to make our homes and neighbourhoods safe. Police will respond to calls from the public regarding suspicious individuals.
