- Main Street East from south of Morris to the overpass
- Lakeshore Drive between Judge Avenue and the Lakeshore overpass
- Lakeshore Drive between Mulligan Street and Gertrude Street
- One lane of Lakeshore Drive between Marshall Avenue and Marshall Park Drive
- Lakeshore Drive – Section of northbound lanes south of Judge Avenue intersection
- Ferguson Street from McIntyre Street to Worthington Street
- Victoria Street between Ferguson Street and Fraser Street
- Marshall Avenue East from Lakeshore Drive to the bridge east of Summit Drive
- Carmichael Drive from Airport Road to Little Down Lane (off ramp included)
- Venture Crescent between Wallace Road and Progress Court
- Mulligan Street between Lakeshore Drive and Beaver Crescent
- Wallace Road from Mountainview Drive to North of K&K Drive
- Mountainview Drive between Wickstead Avenue and K&K Drive
- Albert Avenue between Vanier Street and Frost Street
- Hillcrest Avenue between Douglas Street and McLeod Street
- Burns Street between Greenwood Avenue and Norwood Avenue
