A former North Bay city councillor says he is ready to serve and work hard again.
Dave Mendicino has spent four years waiting for his opportunity and says he brings a fresh yet experienced perspective back to the table.
Mendicino is the third to officially announce his candidacy for City Council, following Rene Giroux and Jo Brousseau.
Nomination papers must be received by 2:00pm on July 27, and the municipal election, including races for mayor, council and school board trustees, is October 22nd.
Under the Municipal Elections Act, a potential candidate must submit a form with the endorsements of 25 voters and file the nomination paperwork.
