All North Bay streets affected by a Wednesday morning incident are now open.
The incident took place by High Street on the school board side of St. Joseph-Scollard Hall in North Bay.
Police got a call that a car might have some chemicals in it and closed off part of the street adjacent to the board building.
A HazMat team arrived to examine what was inside the white car.

Police say at no time was the public in danger.
The area was lined with yellow tape while the HazMat team investigated the car.
City police also called the OPP, fire and ambulance as a precaution.
Because the vehicle was parked far enough from the Scollard building, board employees, teachers, staff and students were able to go inside.
