Shriners seek return of stolen mini-motorcycles before Canada Day parades

Keep your eyes peeled for two Honda Ruckus mini-motorcycles, one white and the other black, both with “Shriners” decals.

That’s the word from the North Bay Rorab Shrine Club after discovering two of the small motorized bikes used by drivers to entertain at events have been stolen. Fundraising efforts by the club benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.

The club is up against the clock to retrieve the motorcycles as they are scheduled to perform in three parades this Canada Day weekend.

A “no questions asked,” approach is being taken by the club to get them back.

Simply leave the bikes somewhere and call the Shriners Club so they can retrieve them.
