Last Saturday, North Bay Police responded to a report of a car fire on Rivers Road in Callander.
A blue 2015 Subaru car had been reported stolen from a residence in North Bay by the owner on July 28.
One week later, the Callander Fire Department attended the scene of a fire in a bush area on Rivers Road and discovered the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The fire was contained and put out. The vehicle had substantial damage.
There are no suspects at this time. The investigation is continuing.
