The City of North Bay is cautioning the public about an upcoming traffic disruption on John Street.
Beginning tomorrow, John Street from Worthington Street to Hardy Street will be closed to through traffic for a period of approximately three weeks. Crews will be replacing the underground sewer and water services.
A detour and signage will be put in place to direct traffic around the construction area using Worthington Street, Fisher Street and Laurier Avenue. Local traffic will be maintained to provide access to local residents and businesses directly affected by the road closure.
This is the first stage of the required detours for this project and further changes to traffic will be made as the work progresses. Notices will be provided to the public, as needed.
