A North Bay woman charged in connection with a sudden death in the city during the summer faces more charges including manslaughter.
Fifty-four-year-old Elizabeth Moynes is also charged with criminal negligence causing death.
The additional charges come on the heels of local police learning in late October that fentanyl contributed to the man’s death in July.
Shortly after the death, Moynes was charged with five counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.

However, they continued to investigate the death and arrested Moynes last Friday when they made the fentanyl connection.
The accused remains in custody and appears in court next Tuesday.
