Tragedy for the family and friends of the victim in Tuesday’s fatal collision near Englehart.
The OPP has confirmed the man killed in the crash as 30-year-old Kevin Chenier of North Bay.
An autopsy was carried out on the victim at the Office of the Chief Coroner-Ontario Forensic Pathology Service on Thursday in Sudbury.
Chenier died in the collision in which a cube van collided with a tractor-trailer on Highway 11 North. Both vehicles burst into flames. The highway remained closed for 12 hours following the crash.
The OPP says the investigation is complete and no charges will be laid.
