A North Bay woman has been identified as the victim who died in a head-on collision west of Markstay-Warren Sunday afternoon.
Dead is 53-year-old Carole Mantha.
Mantha was the driver of one car that collided with another car just before 3:30pm Sunday west of the Kukagami Lake Road.
She died at the scene while the other driver was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The OPP continues to investigate the crash and is again appealing to any witnesses to call the provincial force at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police department.
