It has been a volatile holiday season for outdoor hockey and skating enthusiasts in North Bay.
Just days after announcing 10 of 11 rinks were open and in good shape and thanks to the rain and mild weather in the past 24 hours, the Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department would like to advise the community that all municipal outdoor rinks have been closed today.
Rinks will be reopened when the weather permits.
