The Ojibway Women’s Lodge at the Nipissing First Nation is getting $6,500 to help it with plumbing upgrades.

All the money is from the government’s Partner Facility Renewal program.

Across Ontario, the government is putting $1.6 million into more than 60 projects for upgrades and repairs to their respective buildings.

Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli says the two projects announced for the district will keep the buildings safe and in good shape for its users.
