His next court date has been set for March 20.

According to CBC News, at a court appearance yesterday in Sudbury, Senyk-O’Flanagan was freed from custody with the stipulations he does not attend any schools, playgrounds, parks, public beaches, arenas or daycares where children are present. Senyk-O’Flanagan is further prohibited from having access to electronic devices with the internet.

In October 2018, the Greater Sudbury Police Service Cyber Crime Unit says it identified a Greater Sudbury resident downloading child pornography using a file-sharing site between October 2018 and this month.

Senyk-O’Flanagan’s arrest came after a search warrant was executed at a Greater Sudbury residence Wednesday and evidence of child pornography was located on computers seized from the residence. Detectives also located a small baggy containing what is suspected to be cocaine inside the residence.
