Crews continue to battle massive snowbanks

With word from the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority this season’s snowfall has reached record depth, snow removal and road widening efforts are ramping up across the city.

City and contracted crews report making steady progress and, of course, a few days in a row without any new snow helps speed the process along. Road widening by private contractors will continue. • Algonquin from Worthington to Maplewood
  • Metered parking areas on Sherbrooke, First, Second, and Cassells
  • Gorman from Timmins to dead end
