“Very exciting news for North Bay.”
This from Mike Burman, the broker of record for Realty Executives Local Group Inc. He isn’t spilling the beans yet but he is confirming a 1.5-acre plot of land next to the Kia dealership on Eloy Road has been sold to a “big business.”
“This is very exciting for the City of North Bay, as a big business has bought this parcel of land. They will be building, creating jobs and providing a boost to the economy,” posts Burman.
