The General Manager at Laurentian Ski Hill says it’s been a good season so far, and it’s not over yet.
Cam Graham says last year’s season lasted until April 15th and with the huge snow base the hill currently has, he’s hopeful the season will last at least that long.
Graham adds he hasn’t seen a snow base this deep since the early 1980s.
Graham says he believes the longest the ski hill has been open is around April 22nd.
He says March Break was very successful.
He adds for the year LHS saw an increased membership and when the season is over and the numbers are tallied up, Graham expects the hill to show a surplus.
