The issue of election irregularities involving the North Bay municipal election has ended.
The application to have a court rule on the validity of the October results has been withdrawn.
The court challenge was to have taken place on April 10th.
North Bay resident Mark Shannon raised the issue citing irregularities at advance polls and discrepancies in voter results involving different polling stations.
After being notified that the court matter had been withdrawn, the city issued a news release telling the public about the matter coming to an end.
