The North Bay Municipal Heritage Committee is again looking for images that exemplify the culture and heritage of the community.
The MHC has opened submissions for photographs from young people under 19 with those themes in mind and to explain their significance in a short paragraph.
The photograph can be current or from the recent past as long as it was taken by the person entering the competition.
The winners will be announced at the Heritage Fair at Nipissing University.
Points to keep in mind include ensuring you have a model release or art release form depending on the type of image being submitted.
Competitors also have to sign a photographic release form.
The entries can be emailed to [email protected] and must be in by April 19th.
Three prizes will be awarded including a $100 DIA gift card for first place.
Second place receives a $50 DIA gift card and the third place winner gets a $25 DIA gift card.
