A listener called the Municipality of Bissett Creek this morning and confirmed Highway 17 is still closed. Officials are waiting for the running water to slow down before they can fix the road and it could possibly be overnight before it can be fixed.

Updated with detour map using Highway 60 at Renfrew and Highway 11 at Huntsville. The trip is calculated as taking 4 hours and 19 minutes. There have also been reports Highway 60 is down to one lane in spots due to flooding.
