The owner of Dunaj the Downtown Doberman has been served with a Contempt of Court Notice. Rob Szalas has been ordered to appear in court on January 23rd for refusing to surrender his dog to animal control. The Health Unit says that they ordered Szalas to turn in his dog on two separate occasions but he did not.
