North Bay Mayor Al McDonald says it’s more important than ever to focus on job creation in North Bay and surrounding communities. McDonald is extremely disappointed with the news of Target closing, but is hopeful there will be a big buyer for that location. He says that with the success of our local Target, and the amount of investment made in that location, there may be opportunity. McDonald adds that Sears and other local retailers are offering discounts and employment to some of the people losing their jobs at Target.
