North Bay Police have charged a 28-year-old man from Lion’s Head after a car crash. Yesterday morning the man was driving a red pickup truck and allegedly smashed into a car at an intersection on Algonquin Street. The man then ditched his car down the road, and took off on foot. He was later caught by police and charged with failing to remain and drug impairment. The victim’s car has extensive damage and she also suffered minor injuries.
