North Bay Police believe that the two people who were reported missing last week were in New Brunswick yesterday. Cara Duval and Joseph Pepin were reported missing on January 22nd from the health centre’s Mental Health program after not returning from their off unit privileges. Police say both pose a big risk to public safety, and that the investigation continues.
