Police in North Bay call it suspicious. On Wednesday a young man was walking around E.T. Carmichael School holding the hand of a four-year-old. The man left when the student’s teacher approached him. Neither school staff nor the parents know the suspect who is about 20-years-old. Police have a description and are looking for the man.
