Not all of Vic Fedeli’s supporters are following his lead and supporting Christine Elliott to become the next Progressive Conservative leader. When the Nipissing MPP bowed out of the leadership race last week he threw his full support behind Elliott. But about 20 high ranking Tory members with Fedeli’s campaign are supporting MP Patrick Brown of Barrie. Among them are Fedeli’s director of field organization and several riding organizers scattered across the province. Only three candidates are left in the race including Lambton area MPP Monte McNaughton.
