Thousands of CCAC nurses across the province are back to work today after spending more than two weeks on the picket lines. The ongoing labour dispute between CCAC employers and Ontario Nurses Association workers will be sent to arbitration. Most nurses see this as a win, after trying to get the conflict sent to arbitration months ago but being denied by their employer. They continue to fight for a small wage increase and secure contracts.
