North Bay city crews are getting help in the snow removal department. The city will spend $80,000 to hire contractors to clear snow from 14 main streets. Earlier during the council meeting resident Rod Porter was critical that the city has done little to remove the snow banks on Main Street. He says this main route is congested because of the snow and that’s not good.
