Tonight’s city council meeting in North Bay is cancelled. The mayor and some councillors are in Toronto until Wednesday for the Royal Ontario Municipal Association conference. There will still be a public budget meeting this week on the fifth floor boardroom of city hall. It starts at 5:30.
