Even though temperatures are warming up, that doesn’t mean we’re out of the clear for frozen pipes. Frost is over eight feet down, and houses at risk should still be running a cold water tap a pencil size in width probably until the end of April. Mayor Al McDonald says there still remains’ over 50 outstanding frozen pipes in the city that haven’t been hooked up to temporary lines.
