Franco-Fun Day set for Saturday, board to host Kindergarten information later in January

This Saturday, Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord (CSCFN) is hosting a “Franco-Fun Day” at the YMCA.

Running from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., families with young children are invited to the free event. Children will be able to play in a bouncy castle, giant Jenga, or have their picture taken with Franco-Nord mascots. There will also be popcorn available.

Franco-Nord adds they will also have members from their educational teams on hand to answer questions regarding Kindergarten registration, a YMCA membership is not needed to attend.

The board adds it is time to think about Kindergarten registration for September and will be hosting information nights on January 22. In North Bay, you can visit Saint-Vincent, Saints-Anges, and Saint-Raymond. For Astorville, Saint-Thomas-d’Aquin. In Mattawa Sainte-Anne, and in West Nipissing, sessions will be hosted at Saint-Joseph, La Résurrection, Sainte-Marguerite-d’Youville, and Christ-Roi.
