Eric Champagne will make a court appearance to answer to manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death charges in North Bay tomorrow.
North Bay OPP say the 29-year-old from East Ferris was charged on Friday after the August 13 drug overdose of Andrew Duquette, a 32-year-old East Ferris resident.
Police say they were called to a home on Marina Road, where they found Duquette deceased.
Champagne also faces a charge of criminal negligence causing death.
