City council has voted to pass the budget with a 2.17% tax levy increase. It wasn’t unanimous. Three councilors, including Mike Anthony, Tanya Vrebosch, and Mark King voted against the budget, making it a 7-3 vote. One councilor was absent for the budget vote.
