A controversial part of Lakeshore Drive should re-open to two lanes of traffic by the end of the month. However motorists will have to contend with a gravel surface until the roadway is paved sometime in June. As for the roadwork on Pinewood, council isn’t sure when it will wrap up. That’s the message councillor Chris Mayne had for Case L’ami, the owner of L’ami’s Garden Centre which has been affected by the unending road projects.
