North Bay Police have charged a 19-year-old Innisfil man with a slew of assault offences. It’s alleged that the man committed two counts of choking, two counts of assault, forcible confinement, and sexual assault against a woman known to him. During the second incident the victim had to be hospitalised with non-life threatening injuries. To protect the victim, police will not be releasing the name of the accused.
