Four people arrested and $30,000 of drugs seized

The North Bay OPP says they have taken $30,000 worth of drugs, and $11,000 worth of cash off the streets.

Police say an investigation led to them using a search warrant at a home on Gorman Street in North Bay. Four people from the City have been charged.

A 32-year-old and 35-year-old face the charges of:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possess Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
  • Possess Schedule I Substance – Opioid (two counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

A 30-year-old was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon

And lastly, a 22-year-old has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

All have since been released but will face their charges on July 28 in North Bay.
