Rob Szalas has been dismissed by a judge for a contempt of court claim. The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit had stated that it investigated four bite claims from his Doberman Dunaj, and that Szalas did not comply with orders to hand over his dog so that it could be destroyed. Szalas is happy with the outcome but still wants his dog back. Currently Dunaj is with a pet advocacy group in New York.
