A 30-year-old North Bay man has been charged after complaints from three females in downtown North Bay.
North Bay Police Services is reporting that allegedly, on July 24, three adult female victims parked their vehicles in a parking lot on McIntyre Street West in North Bay.
After walking around, the accused began following them and staring at them, even as they changed locations to avoid him.
The three females returned to their vehicles and the accused approached, pulled his pants down, and fondled his genitals.

The victims then left the area and called police.
As a result, the man was arrested on July 28 and remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
He was charged with One count of Indecent Act, and three counts of Harassment.
