The Nipissing Parry Sound Transportation Services (NPSSTS) has released its transportation plan.
The plan, which is posted to its website (npssts.ca), covers a number of COVID-19 related issues including physical distancing on the bus, face coverings, seating, loading and unloading, schedules, routing, and more.
Executive Director of the Transportation Services Chuck Seguin says in the plan that this school year will not likely resemble anything that we have seen before and that the organization’s focus remains on the safe transportation of students to and from school.
The organization is also releasing route information through its website. Parents and students are now able to access details including pick up and drop off times and their locations.
The NPSSTS is reminding parents to ensure that their child’s transportation details are accurate and contact their respective school board office or the NPSSTS should there be any issues.
