Laurentian Avenue will be reduced to a single lane for approximately three weeks starting August 31.
The closure is a safety precaution as workers proceed with road reconstruction.
Laurentian Avenue will be accessible from Trout Lake Road.
Traffic accessing businesses in the area will be directed through the mall parking lot and onto Highway 11/17 bypass as an exit.

The project includes the addition of cycling lanes. The existing sidewalk will be maintained for pedestrian use and the lanes will be added to both sides.
Laurentian Avenue is expected to be closed entirely for one or two days during the construction period and further notice will be provided.
