One Kids place welcomes New Executive Director

Brenda Loubert is the new Executive Director of One Kids Place (OKP) Children’s Treatment Centre.
The Board of Directors announced her appointment following her role in an interim capacity since June 2020.
She brings over ten years of experience having held the Director position at the City of Greater Sudbury’s Pioneer Manor as well as Chief Executive Officer at Cassellholme and Castle Arms.
“The Board remains focused on the future and is confident that Ms. Loubert is the right leader to help guide the exciting future ahead for One Kids Place.” Remarked Michael Mancari, Board Chair, “Brenda’s leadership has been seamless and the Board of Directors is inspired by her commitment to continuing to provide great service to the children, youth, and families we serve throughout our communities”.
Ms. Loubert holds two master’s degrees, the first in Rehabilitation Counseling and the second in Health Services Management. “I’m honoured to be joining such a great organization that has an incredible history of improving the lives of children and families,” says Brenda Loubert, “I am excited to lead One Kids Place into its next chapter and further the meaningful difference OKP makes in our communities”.
The Board remains committed to working collaboratively with its community partners and stakeholders across their vast geography. Ms. Loubert is looking forward to meeting the many donors, volunteers, and families over the coming months as she settles into her permanent new role at the Centre.
