City’s Provincial Offences Administration office opens next week

The City of North Bay will soon be resuming counter services at the Provincial Offences Administration (POA) office.

City Communications Officer Gord Young shares that on Sept. 21, the POA office (which services include payment of POA fines and the completion of extension for fine payments) will be open on the second floor of City Hall. He says that Enhanced health and safety precautions remain in place at City Hall including floor markings that support physical distancing requirements as well as signage to help with traffic flow.

Residents are required to sanitize their hands, wear face coverings, and practice physical distancing while inside.

The City’s Customer Service Centre will continue to offer in-person services on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm for tax/water payments, parking rental sales, burn permit purchases, and parking ticket payments.
