Just under 40-thousand dollars in federal funding has been announced for seniors projects in North Bay. The Club Les Bon Amis is receiving 24-thousand dollars to renovate their kitchen at Les Compagnons.
The Canadian Red Cross Society is also receiving 15-thousand dollars that will go towards improving their seniors programs in the North Bay community.
Nipissing-MP Jay Aspin made the funding announcement at Les Compagnons in North Bay on Friday, April 24th. The total funding came in at $39,450 for the programs.
