By the end of this year there should be 15 heritage site plaques erected around North Bay. That’s the goal the local Municipal Heritage Committee is shooting for. The committee made its presentation to council Monday night. The committee doesn’t just recognize buildings – it also acknowledges sites and other structures like the Gateway Arch and Memorial Park.
