Federal Liberals in Nipissing – Timiskaming could be preparing for a changing of the guard. The North Bay woman trying to capture the federal nomination has support from two heavyweights in the riding. Former riding MP Bob Wood and community leader Hariett Madigan are throwing their support behind Monique Lugli. Challenging Lugli is Anthony Rota who narrowly lost the seat in the 2011 election to the Tories. A nomination date to select a candidate will be announced soon.
