North Bay Police have charged a 37-year-old man with assault. Shortly after 1 AM yesterday, police responded to a report about a domestic dispute happening at a downtown home.
It’s alleged that the man physically assaulted and threatened his girlfriend. He is also accused of breaking into a garage at a house on Ann Street around November 2nd, and stealing an air compressor, which police seized from the downtown residence.
The North Bay man faces five charges including uttering threats and break and enter. His name will not be released to protect the victim’s identity.
