Three people face second degree murder charges after a 33-year-old man was found dead in a home on Manitoulin Island. The accused are a man and woman from the Wikwemikong First Nation on the island and a man from Hamilton.
The dead man has been identified as 33-year-old Percy “Junior” Simon, a resident of the reserve. OPP say an altercation took place in a home early Sunday morning which resulted in Simon’s death.
Meanwhile there’s no word yet on the outcome of a autopsy carried out on Simon.
