A local gallery has been awarded a provincial grant.
The White Water Gallery in North Bay is receiving 120-thousand dollars from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli made the announcement this morning at the Dream Big Conference that is being held at the Capitol Centre.
The money helped make the arts conference possible by providing the funding to hire a project coordinator. In a statement, Fedeli said that it’s wonderful that such initiative and leadership is shown by members of the local arts community.
